All return requests are either handled by our toll free number on voice calls (Mon-Sat, between 09:30-18:30) or by email to our designated contact mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or through web form (https://www.togofogo.com/contactus) available on our site. Once we receive your confirmed request we will arrange reverse pick up of your product and will inform you of the pickup date and time. In the unlikely event we are not able to arrange a reverse pickup at your location; we will intimate you and request you to ship the product to us. The courier charges will be reimbursed or give discount coupon by us. The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are up to Rs.300.
After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability with the respective merchant.
All returns will be accepted only if the return is in the original packing
You opt for a replacement product against the product returned by you; we will ship your replacement product within 3 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned product.
If we have not fulfilled your replacement products then we will process refunds within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned product. We will keep you informed at each and every step of the process.
